01
Site Assessment and Diagnostics
We start on the roof and at the inverter, pulling monitoring logs and string voltage readings to pinpoint the fault. Bad connectors, shaded strings, and failing optimizers each leave a signature. We track it down before touching anything.
02
Written Estimate and Scope
Once we know the problem, you get a written estimate with parts and labor spelled out. No surprises mid-job. We explain what failed, why, and how Clifton weather patterns played into the wear.
03
Safe Shutdown and Setup
Before repairs begin, we isolate the array and de-energize the system per code. Roof anchors and fall protection go up first. Safety runs the whole show on every 2026 job.
04
Repair, Replacement, and Cleaning
Here is where the real work happens. We swap faulty inverters, reseat MC4 connectors, replace cracked junction boxes, tighten rail hardware, and clear panel soiling. Every fix gets torqued and sealed for Clifton winters and summer heat.
05
Testing and Post-Job Walkthrough
After repairs, we power the system back up and verify output against expected production numbers. Then we walk the job with you and hand over documentation. You see exactly what got done.
